Absolutely! We have strong WiFi throughout the park, and our Pup Patrol will help keep an eye on your pup.
Yes, Zoomies has separate spaces for bigger and smaller pups. Small dogs (under 25lbs) have access to the entire park, but for their safety, we highly recommend keeping them in their designated space. The only zone off-limits to unleashed dogs is the food and drinks area.
Clean, green, artificial turf designed for the best dog play experience. It's shaded and regularly misted to protect our members' paws.
Yes! Two layers of fencing and gates protect even our most ambitious escapees. This isn't Pawshank Redemption.
Day Pass, Monthly, and Yearly. All memberships are for dogs. Humans always enter free!
Yes. All member vaccination records must be up-to-date, even for day passes. See our membership page for details.
No! All well-socialized and vaccinated dogs over four months old are welcome. New members undergo a temperament test and pass a behavioral probationary period to join the pack.
All adult dogs must be fixed for the safety of the pack. See our membership page for age-specific details.
Dogs must be at least four months old. Their human companions may be any age, but children must be supervised.
Yes! Our furry friends are our members. As long as we can verify them, their handlers will have access to Zoomies.
Memberships are available for one, two, or three dogs. We may approve more on a case-by-case basis.
We get it — life happens! Here's the scoop:
Day Passes — These are non-refundable once issued. Think of it like a movie ticket — once it's yours, it's yours!
Monthly Memberships — You can cancel anytime before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. We don't offer refunds on months already paid, but you'll still have access through the end of your current period.
Annual Memberships — Changed your mind? No worries — you've got a 7-day window from purchase to get a full refund. After that, annual memberships are final.
Memberships revoked for aggression or behavior issues follow the same refunding policy.
But wait — what if something big comes up? If life throws you a curveball (a big move, the loss of a pup, or something else significant), reach out to us. We're dog people, not robots — we'll do our best to work with you.
